Our external kung fu training focuses on strengthening the body while developing power, speed and improving flexibility. This dynamic training includes self-defense techniques, weapons training, forms and sparring.
Our internal kung fu training focuses on improving overall health through breathing, meditation, and movement designed to relax the mind and reduce stress. All of our internal training is taught with martial application and sparring. Our most well known form of internal training is Tai Chi Chuan. We also teach Pa Kua, Hsingi Chuan and much more!
