The School

CSC-SF is located on the 4th floor of Apex Wellness Center. We are conveniently located in the financial district bordering China town, literally in the shadow of the Trans America Building!  We have students who come from San Mateo, San Rafael, Oakland, San Francisco, even as far as Tracy!

Our facility offers a clean, safe and welcoming environment.  We also offer 2 bathrooms, showers and water for our students use.

Parking: Meters are free after 6PM, or we highly recommend Portsmouth Parking Garage in China town which is 1 block from the school, and offers the lowest rates.

Security: Students may enter through the Apex Wellness door and take the elevator to the 4th floor during business hours. Or, press #4 on the intercom to access the main door and then proceed to take the elevator.  The main door is always locked from the outside for security and requires the head instructor to buzz you in.

BART: 2 BART stations are conveniently located within blocks from the school.  We recommend either Embarcadero or Montgomery stop’s, which are both only about 4-6 blocks from the school.

During special festivals or seminars, including certain weapons, training and conditioning; we will have classes in the park.  You must be an active student to get times and location which will be given in class only.

Please  call or email the head instructor at any time for questions! And feel free to stop by and observe a class during the posted hours to see if Shao-lin is your cup of tea!
