Join us every class to get re-energized, focused and fit!
Learn the beginner 24 Posture Tai Chi form, principles, martial applications and training! We will also start beginning Chi Kung with postures and breathing from Hua Tuo's Five Animal Frolics, I Chin Ching and Hou Tien Chi! Advanced students will work on the famous 'push hand/sticky hand' sensitivity training and martial applications!
This form is the beginning form and training for the more advanced Yang Tai Chi, Chen Tai Chi, Tai Chi San (Fan), Tai Chi Straight Sword, Tai Chi Tao/Tao vs. Tao just to name a few!
Tai Chi will also introduce you to the more advanced internal arts of Pa Kua, Hsing I and more...!
