There will be no classes Saturday 9/11, including Tai Chi in the park. All Shaolin will be driving/flying to LA to train with the Elder Masters in Pa Kua 7 Star Staff! Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday.
The Elder Masters will be teaching Pa Kua 7 Star Staff at CSC-L.A. on 9/11! Pa Kua is an internal fighting system and this particular training will incorporate the 7 star staff! Tapered at both ends specifically designed for striking pressure points all while walking the Pa Kua circle. This dynamic form will introduce pressure point striking, fa ching striking power and of course continue to develop Pa Kua principles and foot work!
