Xie xie ni, to ALL Shaolin who were able to travel and attend the 1st annual Elder Master visit to San Francico. It was a fun day in the park as we all trained in Shih Hou Yi Shou, Stone Monkeys Crafty Hands! I think everyone was impressed by the elusive and cunning bone breaks, flip kicks and rolls that the monkey system has to offer with this form! Everyone trained hard despite the cold and foggy San Francisco morning. And to all those Shaolin who tested with the Elder Masters, Congrats!
